The competition brought together four strong contestants: Le Truong Tue (Bac Giang - Bac Ninh Specialized High School), Nguyen Van Vong (Le Thanh Ton High School, Da Nang), Nguyen Luu Viet Hung (Le Quy Don Specialized High School, Ho Chi Minh City), and Tran Bui Bao Khanh (Amsterdam High School). From the very first round, they delivered a thrilling contest, full of dramatic breakthroughs and constantly shifting scores.
From the very first Individual Warm-Up round, the four contestants quickly created an energetic atmosphere with their confident performances. Tran Bui Bao Khanh made a strong impression by correctly answering five out of six questions, scoring 50 points and taking an early lead. Le Truong Tue followed closely behind with 40 points, while Nguyen Van Vong and Nguyen Luu Viet Hung earned 20 points each.
The momentum continued into the General Warm-Up round, where the questions were more challenging and required sharp reflexes and precision. By the end of this round, Bao Khanh was still in first place with 75 points, followed by Truong Tue with 40 points. Van Vong and Viet Hung trailed behind with 15 and 5 points, respectively.
The competition’s turning point arrived in the Overcome Obstacle round. Facing a nine-letter keyword and four horizontal clues, all four contestants displayed fierce determination. When the clue “youth” appeared, Truong Tue was the quickest to ring the bell, confidently answering “Ly Tu Trong”. This correct response took him to 100 points, intensifying the rivalry as the contest progressed.
The excitement built further in the Speed-Up round, where quick thinking and accuracy could dramatically alter the rankings. Bao Khanh demonstrated exceptional focus and speed, giving the correct answer to every clue to surge ahead with 195 points. Truong Tue kept close behind with 190, while Van Vong and Viet Hung reached 135 and 95 points respectively, setting up a tense and competitive final stage.
In the decisive Finish round, Bao Khanh opted for a set of 20-point questions, raising his total to 215. Seizing further opportunities by quickly answering questions that the other contestants had missed, he steadily widened his lead. Despite their best efforts, Truong Tue and Van Vong were unable to overcome Bao Khanh’s consistent performance. Viet Hung provided some impressive answers, but they were not enough to change the order of the standings.
By the end of the contest, Tran Bui Bao Khanh secured a convincing victory with 250 points, leaving Truong Tue (190 points), Van Vong (185 points), and Viet Hung (95 points) behind. His confident and composed performance, coupled with a smart strategy crowned him the champion of Week 2, Month 3, Quarter 4, paving the way for a promising journey in the upcoming rounds of Road to Olympia Mount.
