In Vietnam, agritourism has also been attracting many tourists and benefitting farmers over the last three years. Tourism products that have agricultural characteristics are being developed throughout Vietnam, from the north to the south.
Some of the more popular tours are the ones in Đường Lâm ancient village in suburban Hanoi, Mộc Châu farms in Sơn La province, Trà Quế vegetable planting village in Quảng Nam province, farms in Đà Lạt, and orchards in the Mekong Delta.
What's special about these tours is that agritourism combines natural and cultural values of the countryside, thus contributing to the conservation of tangible and intangible heritages.
