The private sector will contribute 48-49% of the GDP and 49% of the investment. Total Factor Productivity will make up 30-35% of GDP. The labour productivity will rise 5% per year. Every year, around 30-35% of Vietnamese enterprises will upgrade their capacity.
To do this, the resolution proposes reducing personal income tax in some fields by up to 50%, simplifying and reducing procedures on land, facilitating the sale and marketing products, improve lending process, review sectors and product development plans, lessen business expenditure for businesses.
