The opening hour rates at commercial banks also reduced.
At 8:18am, Vietcombank listed the rate at 25,121 VND/USD (buying) and 25,461 VND/USD (selling), down 57 VND and 17 VND, respectively, from July 25.
The rates listed at BIDV were the same as at Vietcombank.
