This is the second time Quang Ninh will host the National Tourism Year since 2003. 2018's tourism year will attract the participation of 14 cities and provinces and 42 cultural, sports and tourism events from localities nationwide.
One of the most notable programmes of National Tourism Year 2018 will be Carnaval Ha Long, which is set to take place on April 28th next year.
Last year, Quang Ninh Province received over 8.3 million tourist arrivals, with revenue reaching 573 million US dollars.
