Quang Ngai strives to end illegal fishing

Many localities are applying measures to educate as well as strictly fine fishermen violating the law. Having the largest number of fishing vessels and fishermen violating international fishing grounds, Binh Son District, Quang Ngai Province has called on fishermen not to enter foreign waters in the days following the lunar new year.
