Public investment capital disbursement in 3 months estimated at over 10%

VTV.vn - Public investment capital disbursement in the first three months of the year is estimated to have reached over 3.11 billion USD, nearly 10.4% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister, according to the Ministry of Finance.

This is lower than the figure of 11.9% recorded in the same period last year. Ministries, sectors, and localities have reportedly completed capital plans for projects.

Meanwhile, acceptance and payment procedures are still in progress.

Projects are also focusing on bidding and contractor selection. A number of projects are facing issues with site clearance and the supply of materials, affecting the progress of capital disbursement.
