Under the current law, the provincial People's Committee is responsible for regulating the content of national cultural identity requirements to ensure feasibility and suitability with the localities under their management. Many delegates have said that this should be assigned to the government, the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
In addition, there should be policies to protect the traditional houses of ethnic groups. Delegates also discussed the certificate of architectural practice.
Many National Assembly delegates have permitted social-professional organizations to grant practice certificates in order to mobilize social resources and to reduce the workload for state management agencies in accordance with the provisions of the law on construction and international practice.
