During a discussion on Tuesday with Alexander Beglov, acting Governor of Saint Petersburg, the Prime Minister told him that Vietnam attaches a lot of importance to the relationship between Saint Petersburg and Vietnamese localities. The Prime Minister affirmed that Vietnam is always open to cooperating with Russia in all fields.
Mr. Beglov also showed his honor to be receiving Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and said that the city will be holding a series of activities to celebrate President Ho Chi Minh's birthday. Saint Petersburg is also implementing many cooperation projects with its Vietnamese partners.
