Vietnam has a lot of potential, especially in the field of offshore wind power. However, so far, its use is still limited. So what is Vietnam's solution? This was the topic at the Conference on "Energy and Geotechnics" which was held by the Vietnam Association of Scientists (AVSE) and the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering on Thursday morning. Policy development was also discussed at the workshop and it attracted foreign investors in the field of renewable energy.
