After the first phase of the project from 2014 to 2017, the National Assembly and JICA held a seminar on Tuesday on the opportunities and challenges for the project's second phase.
The second phase of the project will also include education and training for students, so that Vietnamese young people better understand the role and objectives of the National Assembly.
