During his working visit to the company in Thai Nguyen Province on Wednesday, the prime minister asked the company to work with the local administration to boost production and highlighted the government's willingness to solve business difficulties.
He praised Samsung for its localisation rate of 57% and urged it to be an exemplary leader in terms of long-term investment, advanced technology and social responsibility.
The Prime Minister also asked the group to expand business in Vietnam as well as develop support industries and co-operate with Vietnamese businesses in their value chains.
