On the sidelines of the Vietnam Business Summit at APEC, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc received the World Bank Vice President for East Asia and Pacific Victoria Kwakwa, Executive Director of the World Economic Forum, Philipp Rosler and the President of the United States Business Alliance - APEC Monica Whaley and leaders of groups of the alliance who are attending the Vietnam Business Summit.
At the meetings, the Prime Minister emphasised that Vietnam had great demand for infrastructure development and was implementing the plan of co-operation between Vietnam and the World Economic Forum.

He suggested that foreign businesses should be involved in the equitisation process of state-owned enterprises, including those in the fields of aviation, banking and finance.
The partners said that they were impressed by Vietnam's socio-economic achievements, including the creation of a business environment and would continue to promote economic co-operation with Vietnam.
