The government will not be changing a lot of the content of the draft law on planning, but the Prime Minister will listen directly to the opinions of the Ministers of Construction and Planning and Investment before deciding to submit the draft law to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the National Assembly.
This was confirmed by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at a meeting that took place this morning. The state leader confirmed that the draft now meets requirements. Although never before has any legislation had as many different opinions as this draft law due to the interests of several ministries being affected, this is normal. The prime minister will listen to feedback before making his final decision. If the bill is not passed by the National Assembly, more than 20,000 plans will be up in the air and management will be extremely costly.
