The two events were the last events prior to the 27th ASEAN Summit. Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh attended the event. 17 ASEAN and world leaders together with United Nations General Secretary Ban Ki Moon will attend the event and witness the signatory of the Declaration on the Establishment of the ASEAN Community.
