The drug is said to be able to treat malignant tumours even in the final stages of cancer. Professor Andrey Symbirtsev reiterated that scientists of the Research Institute of Highly Pure Biopreparations completed the preclinical testing process for a drug that is said to treat cancer. The drug, basically a protein, is called BTSh-70 or HPS-70, and was created based on human cell multiplication that forms a stabilising protein. Researches showed that this protein enhances the immune system.
Preclinical tests on animals in the past 4 years have shown that BTSh-70 is capable of treating all malignant tumours even in the final stages of cancer. According to Professor Andrey Symbirtsev we can be sure of its effects on humans only after 4 more years of testing starting in 2018.
He added that after testing time in Russia, the drug can be brought to Vietnam to be further tested if there is demand.
Professor Andrey Symbirtsev also said that all requests to cooperate or invest with Vietnam are highly welcomed.
