Addressing at the reception, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung stated that Vice Premier Zhang’s visit to Vietnam holds important meaning as Vietnam and China are set to celebrate the 65th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic ties. He also said that Vietnam is keen to maintain and develop the friendship with China.
Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli stressed that China wanted to boost co-operation with Vietnam, and was keen to see efforts to develop co-operation in a stable and long-term way as part of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
