At the meeting, leaders of localities, ministries, branches and contractors reported on the progress of implementation of important national transport projects; discussed obstacles and solutions to promote investment progress of projects.
According to the reports of the units, currently there is a large amount of work to be implemented on important national projects. The progress of implementing many projects is now urgent.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that the effective implementation of projects will contribute to the realization of three strategic breakthroughs at the 13th Party Congress, including a breakthrough in transport infrastructure. Therefore, ministries, branches and localities need to renew their thinking, approach and handling of problems. The Prime Minister assigned very specific tasks to the required ministries and localities.
