Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc paid tribute to Lawyer Nguyễn Hữu Thọ, Acting President of Vietnam from April 1980 to July 1981. He also paid tribute to former Chairman of the State Council and former Advisor of the Party Central Committee - Vo Chi Cong.
The Prime Minister also came to offer incense to former Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet and former Prime Minister Phan Van Khai who both made great contributions to Vietnam during the period of 1988 to 1997 and from 1997 to 2006.
