PM assigned specific agencies to implement CPTPP

The Ministry of Industry and Trade is the agency in charge of implementing the following contents: initial provisions and general definitions; cross-border trade in services; competition policy; cooperation and capacity building; competitiveness and facilitation of business operations; rules and certificates of origin; trade defense; temporary entry for business guests, etc.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is responsible for the contents of food safety and animal quarantine measures. The Ministry of Finance manages the contents of customs management, trade facilitation and content related to taxes, insurance, and securities.
