Penal Code bill discussed

The draft law added a number of new contents to the 2015 Penal Code. The National Assemlby Deputies and legal experts have expressed their opinions on the bill.

The classification of criminal cases concerning violation of regulations on food safety is necessary, avoiding the expansion of criminal cases, which could include many households and individuals engaging in agricultural production and food processing.
