VTV.vn - The Party Central Committee opened its 13th plenum on Monday in Hanoi with discussions for nominations for leading party positions dominating talks.

The meeting discussed a draft resolution for the 12th Party Congress, a report on the implementation of the 4th Plenum Party Central Committee’s Resolution on Party building, lists for election during the 12th tenure, working and election regulations for the 12th tenure, and other important issues.
