Party Central Committee commences 10th plenum

VTV.vn - On Thursday morning, the 10th plenum of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam kicked off in Hanoi.

The Party Chief and State President asked the Party Central Committee to clearly determine the main contents of all-level Party congresses.
