Outstanding firms for labourers honored

The rankings were compiled by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The judging board interviewed employees of nearly 170 enterprises. This year, businesses with more than 7,000 workers and more accounted for 47 percent of total participants, while firms earning more than 100 billion VND or 4.3 billion USD in profit made up 55 percent. The chosen firms had to meet criteria of social welfare, health insurance, social security, and training for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and tax payments to the State.
