The application of online public services has contributed to improving the efficiency of state management import and export activities, facilitating trade for enterprises, as well as enhancing transparency of customs operations. However, in order to achieve the government's objectives, there needs to be a unified participation in the national one-stop-shop mechanism.
The General Department of Customs will be providing online public services 24/7 for all enterprises. However, the process needs to be quick and specialized procedures need to be cut down.
