Official exports to China require better production methods for Vietnamese agro-produce

VTV.vn - For every 3 agro-products exported by Vietnam, 1 item is shipped to China. From 2019, instead of high-risk unofficial export methods to China, Vietnamese agricultural products will be exported officially to this billion-dollar market.

Official export methods allow Vietnam to sell in larger quantities, with higher prices. However, to do so, Vietnamese businesses will have to make some changes. Experts recommend that Vietnam take advantage of the pressure of higher quality demand from the market to innovate its agricultural supply chain.
