VTV.vn - At least 20 people have been killed and about 100 are missing from the flooding caused by the collapse of a dam that had been under construction in south-east Laos. Fortunately, no Vietnamese were reported as victims.
Food, water, and other necessities are being transported to people trapped in the affected area. However, due to the roads being submerged, access is difficult. Drones are being used to locate people stuck in trees.
