Flowers, bonsai, tea, about 3500 gifts and 20,000 letters from students from all over the country have been sent to Truong Sa archipelago with the hope of bringing soldiers and other residents on the islands a joyful Lunar New Year.
On this occasion, Brigade 146 under the Naval Zone 4 have also performed the task of replacing and withdrawing troops and examining the combat readiness of units on the Truong Sa archipelago.
