The newly-exposed formation includes natural stones with vertical cracks created nature over the years. The stones are made up of layers of hexagonal, square, and circular columns that overlap each other like giant plates. The formation is located within a stone-pit that has been licensed for exploitation by two local companies. It was found by workers who had been operating excavators. According to the local authorities, the province will immediately set up a team to conduct a general evaluation of the area in order to preserve and promote the area.
