Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Trần Thanh Mẫn affirmed that solidarity is a prestigious tradition and strength of our nation. The event is held to mark the 87th traditional day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day.
The event includes a re-enactment of the Cai Rang Floating market, a national intangible cultural heritage, with a performance of southern music; a workshop on the construction and development of the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in the new period, and the inauguration ceremony of the first phase of the Pháp An pagoda.
The event will last untill November 23rd.
