70% of lung cancer-related fatalities in the world are caused by smoking, and the figure is 90% in Vietnam. In an effort to enhance public awareness on the harmful effects of smoking, a National No Tobacco Week was launched on Sunday in Hanoi. This is also the start of a campaign to celebrate World No Tobacco Day, which falls on May 31st.
