The strategy will be applied to various forms of information such as newspapers, print media, and public information.
The strategy sets a target of 100% people in the remote, border, and less developed areas having access to print or electronic newspapers by 2025. The rate for broadcast and voice media is 70%.
To realize the targets, the Strategy outlines 6 groups of key solutions including policy mechanism, human resources, finance, science and technology, service quality, and international cooperation. The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Information and Communications to review and complete mechanisms to facilitate the development of various types of information.
