Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan attended the 9th National Emulation Congress of state employees, together with over 480 representatives from across the country.
National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Ngan said trade unions at all levels should strengthen emulation movements for workers, and replicate good deeds nationwide. She and Deputy Prime Minister Phuc also conferred the Labor Orders on exemplary role models at the congress.
