Deputies pointed out that many sectors in Vietnam are still using old and obsolete technologies. To make matters worse, these sectors are still importing 2 or 3 generations old equipment.
For this reason, deputies have proposed a few solutions to monitor the importing of technology. Among these, individuals or organisations must define clear responsibilities in technology transfer.
In addition, the human resource sector must establish ways to attract high-skilled workers in the field of science and technology to boost domestic advancement.
