National Assembly discusses law on state responsibility for compensation

At the plenary session, deputies expressed concerns of compensation for the family of victims during a criminal procedure. In terms of regulations regarding public apologies for unjust cases, many deputies said it should be compulsory even when there are no requests from people who received unjust judgement. This would help them clear their names get their normal lives back.
