Some targets are quite high which has led to increasing pressure for related departments and agencies to solve the problems. Some deputies also worried about the crime of organizing and brokering for other people to flee or stay abroad illegally.
The deputies stated that responsibility is primarily on the local government and law enforcement agencies. Under the direction of the Ministry of Public Security, Nghe An police have arrested eight suspects and will strictly deal with them in accordance with the direction of the Government and the National Assembly.
