This is also the highlight of an International Conference chaired by the Central Economic Committee on Saturday. Participating delegates indicated Vietnam's outstanding shortcomings, such as difficulty in financial access, lack of trained labour, and unstable policy. Addressing the event, Chief of Central Economic Committee Vuong Dinh Hue underscored that Vietnam needs to better its mechanisms and policies to boost the start-up spirit, while improving the business ecosystem and supporting enterprises in resource and market access.
