The fifth session of this term, which will run from December 19-22, will review and vote on an ordinance on legal costs and court fees. The session will consider a National Assembly Steering Committee resolution on regulations f budget estimates check, allocation and submission to the National Assembly. The Standing Committee also discusses the National Assembly's foreign policy and international co-operation for 2017. In addition, a decree on a special finance and budget mechanisms for Hanoi will be tabled for discussion. The state audit projects in the 2017 - 2020 period are also included in the working agenda.
