The chairwoman highly praised the activities of the France-Vietnam and Vietnam-France friendship associations, noting that people-to-people exchanges are channels that help promote friendship and cooperation between the two States and peoples.
The chairwoman also underscored the importance of cooperation in the bilateral ties of Vietnamese and French localities. She asked both sides to coordinate closely to organize the 11th decentralized cooperation conference in France's city of Toulouse this year and the 12th one in Vietnam's capital of Hanoi next year.
