The festival will be the highlight of the Ha Long - Quang Ninh Tourism Week from April 28 to May 5 in Ha Long and Mong Cai cities. The programme will gather European artists and top Vietnamese performers.
According to Nguyen Ngoc Minh, Deputy Director of the Ha Long Sun company, admission to the show will be free. The Ha Long - Quang Ninh Tourism Week will also feature street music, local ethnic cultures, and sport activities.
