Participants at the event were introduced to the major contents of Kindermusik, which is the largest early childhood education programme that uses music and movement lessons for children aged between six months and seven years.
They also had an opportunity to meet experts in the field of Early Childhood Education and attend a workshop entitled “Are the arts just as important as maths and science?”
Since it was launched by the AMPA in 1978, Kindermusik has gathered a following of over 1 million parents in over 60 countries around the world.
Kindermusik provides a brilliant learning programme with essential and important benefits for a child’s complete developmental evolution: literacy skills, cognitive mindset, emotional expression, communication, confidence, independence and other values.
When it is adapted in Vietnam, the programme will incorporate Vietnamese songs, stories and games. It will be taught for children in five age groups: newborn-1 years, 1-2 years, 2-3 years, 3-4 years and 4-5 years.
