The image features a lotus flower pond painted across a 360sq.m wall. Artists used anti-dust exterior paint often seen in construction work to ensure the durability of the pieces. The colors were carefully mixed in order to allow viewers to witness the true colors of the lotus flower, an important symbol in Vietnamese culture. Painter Nguyen Thu Thuy was also the artist behind the ceramic road along the Red River, which once won the Guinness record for being longest ceramic painting in the world.
