This information was revealed at an online conference organized by the Ministry of Health on Sunday where the implementation of Resolution 128 on temporary regulations to safely and flexibly adapt, and effectively control the Covid-19 pandemic was evaluated.
Accordingly, the vaccination rate of provinces such as An Giang, Tây Ninh, Cà Mau, Phú Thọ, and Thanh Hóa, has only reached 40%. As such, they've been asked to raise their pandemic prevention measures to a higher level.
The Ministry of Health also emphasized that Resolution 128 accepts that new infections will occur in the community, making it is necessary to implement appropriate measures for socio-economic development.
