In a recent document issued to local credit institutions in ravaged areas, the SBV requested that banks review all existing debts, especially for those clients living in Quang Ninh, Dien Bien, Lang Son, Lai Chau. Solutions to help those people include restructuring payment terms, exempting or reducing interest while considering providing new loans at the same time. These efforts are expected to comprehensively help local residents and businesses overcome difficulties and resume their production./.
