The competition is open to Vietnamese entrants studying and working in the country and abroad. The criteria for the crown include physical beauty, intellect, talent, compassion and confidence. The organisers intend to hold the competition in Asia and Germany, Russia and the US, where many Vietnamese people are living. 30 to 40 contestants will be chosen for the final round expected to be held on July 1st to 7th. The finale will take place on July 15th.
