The fishing boat directed by Vo Quang Thai and other 10 fishermen was anchored at Ky Ha Port, Nui Thanh District when the incident occurred. They said that their fishing tools and equipment were damaged and food was taken. After receiving the information, Quang Nam Border Guards checked the losses and reported the incident to higher level agencies. The incident is still under investigation.
