At the Q&A session, Chairwoman of the Judicial Affairs Committee pointed out the difficulties relating to delays in processing documents as well as the quality of the work.
She also asked the Justice Minister about his viewpoint on processing assets with unknown origins for anti-corruption.
In his response, Minister Lê Thành Long said that the minister is directly responsible for the progress and quality of law documents. He noted that the time allotted for processing law documents is relatively short and that, currently, Vietnam cannot confiscate assets of unknown origin yet.
