In an effort to better serve our audiences, Vietnam Television has continuously worked to update the content and presentation formats of our programs to meet the growing demands of the Party, the State, and the public. Despite our earnest efforts, however, this journey has still revealed regrettable shortcomings. We acknowledge that some programs may not have fully met expectations, and that a few unfortunate incidents have that caused displeasure among viewers. On this solemn occasion, VTV sincerely acknowledges the candid and heartfelt feedback from our audience over the years. We view this feedback as an opportunity for serious self-reflection and continuous improvement.
