According to resolution 1, the government confirms that it will continue bolstering the internal capacity and resilience of the economy, consolidate macro-economy, foster drivers of growth, and improve productivity and competitiveness. The resolution also asks for economic restructuring, growth model renovation, growth quality improvement, as well as technological applications and the promotion of start-ups. Resolution 2 states tasks and measures to improve the business environment and national competitiveness in 2019 and towards 2021. Accordingly, the government will continue to simplify and cut more administrative procedures, reform specialized inspections, promote electronic payment and public services, and support businesses and startups.
