As one of the key projects of Thu Thiem, the complex will be built on a total area of more than 74,500 m2. It will serve as a financial, commercial - service centre, and multi-functional residential area.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Phan Van Mai, suggested Lotte strictly implement the commitments and concentrate the highest resources to complete the project.
Representative of the investor, Chairman of Lotte Group Shin Dong Bin, said that the project has a large construction scale with five basements and 60 floors, including hotels, residential areas, and commercial areas, using smart technology.
He noted that 2022 also marks the 30th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea, and this project will begin the investment expansion of the group in Vietnam.
